Can I choose my gemstones and design?

Yes — you tell us your intention, preferred gemstones, size and style, and we’ll bring your idea to life.

How do I measure my wrist size?

Wrap a soft tape measure or string around your wrist just snugly (not tight), note the length in cm (e.g., 15.5 cm) and include any extra room you’d like.

What’s your payment & order confirmation process?

Once you submit your request, we’ll review your details and send you a secure checkout link through Shopify Payments. Full payment confirms your design and production begins.

Do you ship internationally, and what about duties or shipping costs?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping cost is included in your order price. Recipients may be responsible for local import duties or taxes depending on destination.

Can I return or exchange a custom designed bracelet?

As each piece is made uniquely for you, custom bracelets are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please contact us if you believe you’ve received a defective item.
